The 2025 Volatus PFM white grenache is in bottle and ready to crush starting this weekend.
Pinot Press Complete
2025 Volatus Pinot Noir hit the press this week. The wine is now undergoing malolactic and will be in barrel soon for a year of aging.

Vintage 23 Kickoff Wine
Volatus started the 23 vintage with our Pinot Noir pick on the 13th of September.
Started Blending the 22 Vintage
In preparation for bottling season, we started to taste and blend the remainder of our 22 vintage.
