Six new wines are ready to go. The 2024 Bolter and PFM and the 2023 Long Way Home, Low Observable, Bloody Well Right, and Jailbreak are dialed in and delicious.

Vintage 23 Kickoff Wine
Volatus started the 23 vintage with our Pinot Noir pick on the 13th of September.
Started Blending the 22 Vintage
In preparation for bottling season, we started to taste and blend the remainder of our 22 vintage.

Another fun variety we played with in Vintage 23 is Alicante Bouschet.
