A little something for your holiday gatherings which is easy and pairs wonderfully with all of our red wines!
1 brie round
1/4 cup apricot preserves
1/2 cup seedless raspberry preserves
3 Tablespoons honey
2 Tablespoons maple syrup
2 Tablespoons chopped walnuts or toasted pine nuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place brie round in an oven-safe baking dish. Mix all the ingredients together and pour mixture over the top of the brie. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
It will be done when a knife is easily inserted and the cheese is soft and gooey. Serve with apple slices, baguette slices, pita chips or just eat on its own.
