We produce our wine from multiple vineyards within the award-winning Paso Robles AVA. Located along California's Central Coast, it is a diverse region that boasts distinct soils, many microclimates, a long growing season and unique topography. We age our wine over many years in fine french oak barrels so that you can enjoy immediately. With the release of our 2005 vintage in 2011, we have aligned the aging process to allow us to release 2-3 vintages a year. Join the wineclub for advance notification on future releases.

 

2005 Reserve Red Wine

60% Syrah / 40% Malbec
Follows the inaugural release with the trademarked deep ruby, almost black color. A thick and velvety mouthfeel with flavors of ripe blackberry, pomegranate, game and earth. Deeply concentrated with firm tannins, the 2005 is blended to surpass the 2004 in finish. Pair with lamb, venison, or other rich, red meats.

Deep ruby, sanguine, almost black color. Intense aromas of dark fruit, earth and tar. the 2004 has one of the longest and most elegant finishes I have ever experienced. Pair with lamb, venison, or other rich, red meats.
